Virtual social networking is a reflection of your real one.

I don't use it too much, just when I need to.

Facebook, IMO:

It's fast, convenient, gets the message across, and it's cheap as hell (timewise aswell as moneywise).

It's great for broadcasting (since it's an existing platform that already groups most of your recipients in one place).

It's really convenient when hosting events and promoting businesses/careers ( because of its broadcasting capabilities).

It's awesome for wasting your time (if you're used to doing that).

It's really efficient for screwing your personal life (that is if you haven't much knowhow in real social networking) :)

Bottom point, I love it, I hate it, I use it.

Yea well I don't know anyone who really has 832 friends.... ;)
But what... say you got those 1042 "friends" on FB.... If you think about what you do, what to use, and what not to use, you could make a lot out of these .. connections i'd say. right?

He might be a jerk, but he's not stupid. That would backfire and he would lose a lot of users because of that. I suggest you start being a little skeptic and not spreading rumors around.
