Hey, glad to see someone who puts up his real picture and takes the time to talk about himself.
You'll be living about 10 minutes from me (Dekwaneh).

I'm a freelancer, in PHP, with jQuery and MySQL as a database when needed, trying to progress and build my own tools. I don't have too much work for the time being.

I'm comfortable with PHP and dont see no reason to switch to Ruby, especially since that will kinda set me back to "beginner" and I don't want to be experimenting with something new in commercial projects - although I've often been doing a bit of that... and I am curious about Ruby and might enjoy learning new stuff.

I would be interested in meeting too, and I'm always in for collaboration.
As samer said, the Lebgeeks meeting will be an opportunity to meet a bunch of us face to face, but we still don't know how many will be showing up, and I'm not even sure I'll be in the country, but that remains to be seen.
